Group courses
Enrolment and Fees
Enrolment for language courses organised by FERRARI Studio takes place online, with payment made via bank transfer (IBAN: IT 92 T 01030 58010 000007935460, Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena, Suzzara branch).
Enrolment is considered confirmed only upon receipt by the administration office of the payment confirmation.
Course fees can be found in the ‘Course Date’ section on the website www.ferraristudio.it and may be subject to temporary promotions. To benefit from these offers, payment must be made by the date indicated on the website or communicated through official channels (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, press). The date on the bank transfer receipt will be considered valid.
Payment can be made in a single instalment or in installments, according to the terms outlined in the enrolment confirmation email.
Teaching, Attendance and Refunds
The activation of each course is subject to reaching the minimum number of participants indicated in the ‘Course Date’ section of the website, or a lower number at the discretion of the Studio’s Management.
If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the Studio will inform those enrolled of the cancellation of the course and will refund all amounts paid.
In the event that the Management is obliged to cancel one or more lessons due to exceptional circumstances, these will be rescheduled on dates and at times to be determined. The Management reserves the right to assign different teachers to the same course.
The enrolled student is committed to paying the full course fee, even if they are unable to attend the course due to work, illness, study, relocation, or personal reasons. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Course fees cannot be converted into individual lessons.
If, for personal reasons, the student is no longer able to attend the course at the chosen time, the School Management may authorise them to join a similar course at a different time, only if there are available places. Otherwise, the conditions outlined in the previous paragraph will apply.
Students are kindly requested to report any issues that may arise during the course to the Management.
One-to-one courses
Lesson Cancellation / Rescheduling
Any cancellations or requests to reschedule lessons must be communicated with at least one working day’s notice. A lesson cancelled after this deadline will be forfeited.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances or documented emergencies, shorter notice may be accepted at the discretion of the organisation. In any case, the course must be completed no later than four weeks after the originally scheduled end date, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties. The Management reserves the right to assign different teachers to the same course.
The enrolled student is committed to paying the full course fee, even if they are unable to continue attending the course due to work, illness, study, relocation, or personal reasons. No refunds will be issued for any amounts already paid.
Monthly instalments must be paid in advance by the 15th of the specified month.
Students are kindly requested to report any issues that arise during the academic year to the Management.
Please note that these regulations have been drawn up to ensure the best operation of the service and are therefore in the best interest of the students.
Corporate Courses
Objectives
The course will be tailored to the specific needs of the company, defined during the preliminary analysis phase. The language objectives will be agreed upon with the company, clear and measurable.
Content and Methodology
The content and teaching methodology will be adapted both to the participants’ initial level and to the agreed professional and communication objectives. The approach will be practical, interactive, and focused on real language use in the workplace.
Location and Schedule
Lessons will take place at the location specified in the quotation or online, on the days and times agreed upon later via email between the parties.
Duration and Frequency
The total duration of the course and the frequency of the lessons (weekly or otherwise) are specified in the quotation.
Course Materials
The course materials required will be provided by FERRARI Studio, unless otherwise indicated. Additional supplementary materials may be suggested during the lessons.
Teachers
The courses will be taught by qualified professional teachers with proven experience in teaching foreign languages in corporate and professional contexts.
Progress Evaluation
Periodic assessments are scheduled to monitor participants’ progress against the established objectives. At the end of the course, a certificate of attendance will be issued upon request.

Prices and Payment Methods
The course fees and payment methods are detailed in the quotation confirmed by the company. Any changes must be agreed upon in writing before the start of the course.
Online courses
Enrolment and Payment
Enrolment is confirmed only after full payment of the package or the first lesson, as agreed.
Fees are communicated at the time of booking and may vary depending on the duration and content of the course.
Lesson Scheduling
Lessons are scheduled directly between the participant and the teacher, based on their mutual availability.
Each lesson must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance.
Changes and Cancellations
Cancellations or changes must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
Otherwise, the lesson will be considered as attended and cannot be rescheduled.
Access and Tools
Lessons are held via the online platform (Webex).
The participant is responsible for ensuring their own internet connection and devices function properly.
Course Materials
Any materials provided are intended for the participant’s exclusive use and may not be distributed or shared.
Punctuality
Punctuality and adherence to the scheduled times are required.
If the participant is late, the lesson will not be extended beyond the scheduled time.
Refunds
One-to-one courses are non-refundable, except in cases of serious documented reasons, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Lessons not attended can be rescheduled within no more than 30 days from the originally scheduled course end date.
Language Level Test
This document sets out the terms and conditions for the use of the language level test (“Test”) offered on the FERRARI Studio website (“Site”), operated by FERRARI Studio (di Ferrari Franco) (“Provider”). By accessing and using the Test, the user fully accepts these Terms and Conditions.
1. Purpose of the Test
The Test is intended solely to provide an indicative assessment of the user’s language proficiency. The results do not in any way constitute an official certification and must not be used as the sole criterion for academic, professional, or personal decisions.
2. Conditions of Use
The user agrees to complete the Test personally, without the use of automated tools or unauthorised external assistance.
The Provider reserves the right to cancel or invalidate the results in the event of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
3. Collection and Use of Data
During the Test, the Provider may collect personal data (e.g., name, email address, answers, score, IP address).
The data will be used to: deliver the Test results, improve the service, and—where the user has given consent—send informational or promotional communications.
Data processing is carried out in accordance with the Site’s Privacy Policy, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
4. Intellectual Property
All contents of the Test, including questions, texts, images, and graphics, are the property of the Provider or third-party licensors and are protected by copyright laws. Any reproduction, distribution, or modification without written authorisation is prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Provider does not guarantee that the results will be error-free or fully representative of the user’s actual language level.
The Provider shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Test or reliance on its results.
6. Amendments to the Terms
The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be published on the Site, indicating the date of the update. Continued use of the Test after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
