Our commitment to sustainability
In the language services sector, sustainability goes beyond environmental concerns. It encompasses social responsibility and using technology ethically.
Our commitment is reflected in tangible practices that reduce our environmental impact, promote inclusion and ensure fair, transparent processes for all employees.
To reduce our environmental footprint, we've adopted a paperless policy, digitising all translation, interpreting and language training processes.
To limit travel and CO₂ emissions, we prefer to use distance communication platforms for our interpreting services and language courses. We also choose to work with suppliers and partners who share our vision of a more sustainable future.
From a social perspective, we promote a fair and inclusive working environment. We support translation and interpreting professionals across the world with fair remuneration and working conditions.
We believe it's vitally important to preserve and encourage linguistic and cultural diversity, including protecting minority languages. For this reason, our services are also accessible to language communities with less representation.
We follow the Human in the Loop principle, balancing artificial intelligence and machine translation with human translation to ensure ethical, accurate and bias-free translations.
We use green data centres and sustainable cloud solutions to maximise efficiency while reducing energy consumption.
We believe language is a bridge to a more connected, responsible world. And so we’ve made it our mission to offer quality language services that have a positive impact on people and the planet.
